Before becoming a therapist, I often experienced a deep sense of disconnection, from myself, from others, and from life around me. My own experience of therapy helped me rediscover a sense of connection and understanding within myself.
Over the years, I’ve come to understand how personal and complex healing can be. Many people carry experiences that leave them feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure of who they are. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
Throughout my training and since qualifying, I’ve supported people affected by trauma and domestic abuse in both charity and community settings. I’ve also worked with young people with special educational needs and disabilities, supporting their wellbeing, education, and daily life. These experiences taught me the importance of meeting people with compassion, patience, and without judgement.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, one where we explore things together at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, processing difficult experiences, or simply feeling lost, you don’t have to work through it alone.
I work with adults and offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, online and in person.
Finding the right therapist is an important and personal decision, so I offer a free initial conversation to see whether we feel like the right fit. When you feel ready, you’re welcome to get in touch.
I'm committed to ongoing professional development and receive regular supervision to ensure I'm working ethically and effectively. As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to their ethical framework and professional standards.
